PUŠKINOVA
A RETREAT IN THE HEART
OF THE CITY

Set on the sunny slopes of Senjak hill, overlooking the picturesque suburbs of Topčider and Košutnjak, Puškinova Street provides the perfect backdrop for contemporary city living – so near to the bustle of big city life, yet far enough not to be affected by it. The long, tranquil, tree-lined street set among the linden and chestnut tree canopies is a truly poetic retreat and home to some of Belgrade’s most beautiful villas dating back to the early years of the 20th century.

PERFECTLY CONNECTED

A quiet neighbourhood tucked away from the bustle of the main traffic routes, Senjak is easily accessible and exceptionally well connected with other parts of the city. The capital’s key interest points can be reached within minutes via two major arteries: Bulevar Živojina Mišića and Kneza Miloša Street, while the nearby Ada Bridge enables a direct connection with New Belgrade.

Also, less than one kilometre away, the Gazela Bridge enables seamless access in and out of town via the E-75 international highway, with Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport just a 20-minute drive away.

SENJAK
A PLACE OF DISTINCTION

In the second half of the 19th century, unspoiled nature and exceptional views attracted Belgrade’s influential and wealthy elites who bought up the land and built luxury villas surrounded by gardens, orchards and vineyards. Ever since, Senjak has maintained the status of an exclusive neighborhood with numerous diplomatic missions, ambassadorial residences, private villas, international schools and nurseries, exclusive restaurants, popular hotels, modern spas, museums, galleries and lush greenery.

TOPČIDER
A TREASURY OF NATURE
AND HISTORY

The Senjak slope is part of the cultural and historical whole of Topčider, declared a cultural asset of exceptional importance for the Republic of Serbia due to its distinct natural, aesthetic, cultural and historical values.
